Yoga: Join the SMM+UYS team for two daily all-levels vinyasa flow yoga classes. Classes will emphasize building strength, flexibility, and fluidity in the body and achieving a peaceful outlook in the mind. Classes will range from the vigorous to the restorative. Throughout the week, workshops will be offered to deepen your practice of yoga. Whether you have a question about a specific pose or are hoping to gain insights about yoga’s profound philosophies, the workshops are a great opportunity to dive deeper.Farm to Table Food: Enjoy the premium creations of Rancho Pescadero’s executive chef. Fish that was just pulled from the ocean and organic vegetables grown in the local town are just some of the amazing culinary experiences in store for you.
