Surf Mei Mei teams up with Brett Brett Yoga Man, a long time Dharma yogi and soul surfer, host a surfing and yoga retreat this March 2015. We will be traveling into exotic Nicaragua to tune-in our mind, body and souls with the power of yoga surfing and gourmet food.

Country: Northern Nicaragua with all levels of wave for all surfers (from barrels to gentle longboard wave)
Location: a hidden Nicaragua resort over look Atlantic ocean on a cliff top with views expanding as far as El Salvador.
Facility includes: Outdoor swimming pool, lounge chairs, yoga studio, hammocks, and more.
Weather: 70s to 80s & Sunny (no wetsuit needed)

Surf + Yoga: daily 2 to 4 surfing and yoga classes (in water surfing lessons, surfing theory, surfing lessons, yoga nidra, acro yoga, meditation, inversion workshop, individual postural assessment workshop and more)

Early Bird: $1500 before January 17, 2015
